Reliance Care, LLC is a Minnesota DHS-licensed Home and Community-Based Services provider serving clients statewide. Our Employment Services help adults with disabilities explore what kind of work fits them, get ready for it, and stay successful once they are on the job.
Three Phases, One Team
Minnesota organizes employment support into three services. A person can start with whichever one fits where they are today, and move between them as their goals change.
Employment Exploration
Hands-on experiences in the community, such as worksite tours, job shadowing and informational interviews, so a person can learn what kinds of work interest them before deciding on a path.
Employment Development
Help finding and getting a job: identifying strengths, building a resume, searching and applying, preparing for interviews, and connecting with employers.
Employment Support
Ongoing support after hire to learn the job, build routines, handle workplace changes, and keep the job over time.
Is Employment Services a Fit?
Employment Services are for adults who want to work in the community and are eligible through a Minnesota home and community-based waiver. If you are not sure about eligibility, contact us. We review each situation directly with you, your family, or your case manager before anything is scheduled.
