Employment Services
Person-centered support to help individuals find, prepare for, and succeed in employment.

- Employment Exploration Services — exploring career options and pathways that match skills and goals.
- Employment Support Services — ongoing coaching and workplace supports that help individuals succeed on the job.
Individualized Home Supports (IHS)
Flexible, person-centered support at home, tailored to each person's needs, preferences, and safety requirements.

- IHS with Training — support plus structured skill development to build confidence and independence.
- IHS with Family Training — training and guidance to help families support their loved one effectively and consistently.

Homemaking
Help with everyday household routines so home stays clean, safe, and comfortable.
- Light Housekeeping — tidying, cleaning, and organizing to keep the home safe and comfortable.
- Meal-Related Support — help with meal planning and preparation.
- Everyday Routines — laundry, errands, and other household tasks.
ICLS / ICS — Community Supports
Support with daily living, routines, and community participation, available both in-home and at a site-based location.

- CURRENTLY FULLIntegrated Community Supports (ICS) — a separate, 3-unit site-based location at 2266 Duluth St, Maplewood, MN (distinct from ICLS). All 3 units are currently full. Availability changes — contact us to join the waitlist or discuss other options.
