Reliance Care LLC believes in supporting a healthy work-life balance for our team. All Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) employees (scheduled to work 40 hours per week) will accrue 1 week of paid vacation per calendar year.

$24–$27/hr · 1+ year DSP or HCBS experience
- Health, dental and vision insurance available (employee-paid)
- Paid training, including online Trauma-Informed Care and Positive Support Strategies courses and a paid first shift
- Paid sick and safe time, plus vacation accrual for full-time staff
- Mileage reimbursement between client visits
- Company tablets for DSPs; laptops for supervisors
Requirements: 18+, valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study.
